What is float therapy? Float therapy is a zero-gravity environment that allows the mind and body to completely let go, relax, and reset. Using 1,000 pounds of Epsom Salts, the buoyancy of the water makes floating on water feel like floating on air. By eliminating the forces of gravity pulling on the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, you can effortlessly relieve pain, relax, recover, and improve sleep in this unique state.
Flotation therapy Is considered sensory deprivation and offers relief and benefits which are cumulative—they build on themselves with each subsequent session. We like to say “the more you float, the better it gets”, as floats themselves deepen beyond the first session. Though flotation is an “effortless” therapy, the body and mind actually learn how to relax into the float with each session.. Stress, tension and pain have formed over time and will take some time to experience the greatest relief- luckily, floating is a relaxing, fun, and effortless way to do so!

Traditionally, a full-body massage covers the: Head – normally including the temples, crown, occipital muscles (the back of the head) and scalp. Neck – including the nape and trapezius (long muscles on the side that connect to the back). Shoulders – along the collar bones, shoulder blades and into the upper back. Arms Hands Upper and lower back – the lower back is where most people harbour stubborn tension and experience tightness, stiffness or pain. It also includes the lower extremities. Prenatal Massage: A prenatal massage can help reduce stress and anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pain. Other benifits inculude a reduction in swelling, reduced back pain, improved circulation, reduced edema, reduced muscle tension and headaches, improved oxygenation of soft tissues and muscles and better sleep.

What is Light Therapy and Sound Therapy? Light and sound therapy uses resonant vibration to restore health to the body. Using light and sound therapies, we help our clients achieve greater health and sense of well-being. Using light and sound wave frequencies which correspond to acupuncture meridians or the charka system, light and sound therapies use the 12 colors of the visible light spectrum and the 12 sound intervals of the musical scale to release blockages, correct emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual imbalances, and restore a state of harmony.

Wellness coaching bridges the gap between traditional healthcare and enacting sustainable and positive behavioral lifestyle changes. Through fostering a positive mind-set around health and well-being, wellness coaches empower and motivate their clients to become their own experts. Wellness coaches have the tools and knowledge to share with their clients about holistic health and how to enact sustainable behavior change.
